We are extremely happy with the remodel Adam and his team did on our bathroom and laundry renovation. Right from the beginning Adam explained everything to do with budget and contracts and took care of everything for us, from the design to demolition and hiring the trades. He was able to create an amazing space that before was not practical and could barely fit two people. Now not only are the bathroom and laundry beautiful and spacious but they are now practical and functional and Adam helped us stick to our budget. 

 

Adam and his team as well as all the tradesman were extremely neat and tidy, cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day and they were also professional and respectful of the fact we have a toddler.

 

Adam made our first experience of a renovation very easy and stress free. I had complete trust in any decision he made and also leaving any of his tradesman in my house on their own. We have worked with Souter Built on two different renovations in 2018, one in a small 1940’s apartment, and another on our family home (a recently renovated cottage dating from the early 1900’s) and I can’t rate them highly enough. 

 

Throughout the projects Adam and his team maintained open communication on the schedule of works and progress. 

 

We were not onsite for the renovation of our apartment, but received continual updates and photos throughout, and did a comprehensive walkthrough on completion. 

 

We were living in our family home whilst the renovation took place, with two small children…. Adam’s team were incredibly flexible and carried out all of the work they did with the needs of our young family in mind.

 

 

Their attention to detail and craftsmanship was absolutely amazing, especially with some of our more unique design features. We particularly appreciated the time they took to think of alternative solutions, no problem was unsolvable!
